All new members must be approved by HIT staff via email before purchasing a new package or signing up for elite training programs, including high jump training, hurdle training, long jump training, or any other track and field coaching sessions.

Whether you're a beginner or advanced athlete (ages 12+), we offer specialized training in high jump training, hurdle training, long jump training, and comprehensive track and field coaching to help you master proper techniques and reach your full potential.
Within the small groups, each athlete will receive individual direction as part of our elite training programs, allowing them to develop their skills in high jump training, hurdle training, and long jump training at their own pace and understanding, all under expert track and field coaching.
Our focus is to enhance technique, speed, and strength for all athletes across their appropriate events, including elite training programs tailored for high jump training, hurdle training, and long jump training. No matter the level, we are here to provide expert track and field coaching to help you set and achieve your goals!
High Intensity Track offers elite training programs that provide technical training for specific sprinting, hurdling, and jumping events in track and field for athletes aged 12 and up. Each session lasts approximately 1.5 hours and includes a 25-minute warm-up, followed by guided event-specific practice, such as high jump training, hurdle training, and long jump training, along with strength training. Although sessions are conducted in small groups, H.I.T. ensures an individualized experience by providing constructive feedback to each athlete.
With over 10 years of experience, High Intensity Track has been dedicated to helping athletes achieve their fitness goals.
Under the expert coaching of Coach David Lado and his staff, both elite and emerging elite Track & Field athletes will benefit from a team-based structure that fosters an uncompromising training environment. Participants in the program will receive: professional track and field coaching from Coach David Lado, an affordable and supportive environment for elite development, event-specific programming and technical training, access to a world-class training facility, inclusion in our port performance network, video analysis during training sessions, and much more!

All athletes must be at least 12 years of age to train at High Intensity Track. For athletes at the younger age of the spectrum (12-14), there are specific requirements that must be met. Email us for more details.
You can purchase a package directly through the website on the pricing page and create a PushPress account. Once you have the account, you can download the PushPress Members App to schedule sessions.
We take all major credit cards and debits cards which can be done directly through the website.
We also take cash, but this must take place in person where we add your sessions directly.
