Reach your potential through elite training.
We are here to make you believe that goals are achievable by proper training, enhanced technical direction and work ethic. Whether you're a beginner athlete or advanced athlete (ages 12+), we will teach you proper techniques and training programs for you to reach your potential.
Within the small groups, all each athlete will get individual direction in order for each athlete to develop at their own pace and understanding.
Our focus is to enhance technique, speed, and strength to all athletes in their appropriate events. No matter the level, we are here to help you set and achieve your goals!
High Intensity Track provides technical training for specific sprinting, hurdling, and jumping events in track and field for athletes 12 and up. While sessions are done in small groups, H.I.T. provides an individualized experience by providing constructive feedback to each of our athletes.
