Laura Mathews

Laura is a sprinter/hurdler/multi event athlete from Denville, NJ. Laura attended Morris Hills High School before continuing her education at Stevens Institute of Technology. While at Stevens, Laura earned a bachelor's degree in industrial and systems engineering as well as a masters in engineering management, all while competing at the Division III level. She became the 2024 National Champion in the 100m Hurdles, and earned numerous accolades at the conference, regional, and national levels across multiple events. She now trains and advocates for the women's decathlon. Apart from her own training, Laura coaches on a part time basis at her alma mater as well as Drew University.
